Crochet (without a hook)

This is so easy. Most people think it's easier than normal crochet. Just make a slip knot, then pull the long string through the loop to make another loop. Continue like this to the end of your wool. To finish off, instead of making a loop, pull the ends of the wool through completely and tighten.
